Beginning June 8, iPhone 3G will be available for just $99 for the 8GB model. New MobileMe features for iPhone require iPhone OS 3.0. MobileMe is available for an annual subscription price of $99.

For AT&T customers who want to upgrade from another phone or replace an iPhone 3G. According to the company's Web site, it comes at the price of $499 for 8 GB, $599 for 16 GB and $699 for 32 GB with a new two-year agreement.
