Terms and Conditions:

• The Administrator reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal cash value transferring via PayPal under exceptional circumstances.

• The winners will be selected based on the final rankings on 18th April, 2022 [the video must be about the scenery of spring]. The rankings will change in real time according to the number of likes of each video. And the top 17 [winners] will be listed above.

• All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

• The email that you submit will be used for winner list announcement & prize notifying.

• WinXDVD will contact the winners via the e-mail address provided during submission. If the winner does not reply within 7 days of contact, the winner automatically forfeits their entitlement to the prize.
