When and how can I get WinX DVD Ripper Platinum if I order it?

I didn't receive the license code for several hours after my purchase. Why?
The possible reasons might be:
1. Due to your email setting, the letter with license code went to Trash directly. Please check the folder there.
2. You provided invalid email address when you ordered the software.
3. Your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders.

How to register your product?
1. Please find the License Code in the email delivered to you after placing the order.
2. Click Register button on the main interface of our software.
3. Copy and paste the License Code to the related text box. Then click Activate button beside it.
What if I lost the license code?
If you lost your license code, please do not worry and feel free to contact us to request your original license. Please provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc.
What is your refund policy?

How about your CD version?
CD version is a backup for Download version which contains the installation programs. It can save download time and keep the software safe. Please note that the CD version does not include registration information for the software. WinX DVD Ripper Platinum stops working when I try to rip a DVD. Is there anything wrong?
If WinX DVD Ripper not working error occurs, please do as following to have a try:
1. Please download the latest version:

2. Please choose "Run as Safe Mode" option in the "Advanced Setting" area of main interface to have a try.
3. And please close other programs when running WinX product.
4. Change your DVD Drive Region to fit your DVD Region.

The converted video is out of sequence. How to solve this problem?
This WinX DVD Ripper Platinum error might happen if you are ripping DVDs of the latest copy protections. WinX DVD Ripper Platinum works perfect on such DVDs as The Princess and the Frog, Alice in Wonderland, Transformers II, UP, Star Trek, The Dark Knight, G-force, GI Joe, Wall E, The Proposal, Hannah Montana, Imagine, etc. But there're some tips you should know before you rip these DVDs. Here we take ripping Transformers II for example.
1. Make sure the version of WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is higher than V 5.2. Free download.
2. Please use your DVD Player (either DVD player software or stand-alone DVD player) to play the DVD. When it comes to the movie (main content), check the DVD title and record this title number.
3. Then run WinX DVD Ripper Platinum and choose "Run as safe Mode" option in the Advanced Setting area of main interface. Choose the same title number as you recorded in the File List Windows.

I can rip only the a few minutes of the DVD. Or WinX DVD Ripper crashes on half way.
Please "Run as Safe Mode" option in the Advanced Setting area of main interface to have a try.
If it still not works, the situation might be your DVD's information is not intact, or our product can't read the full information of it.

The audio is out of sync with video. How to make WinX DVD Ripper sound get sync?
1. Please use "Intelligent A/V synchronizer" in the Advanced Setting area to have a try. This feature is useful even if your original DVD's audio failed to sync with movie.
2. "Copy" feature can also resolve this problem. It lets you copy the whole content of DVD with original video, audio and subtitles, but the output file is usually very large.
My Media Player can't play the converted video
It seems that your Media Player doesn't have right codecs for the files. Please download the program here:

Is there a way to improve the ripping quality?
To improve the ripping quality, please try the methods below:
1. Could you please use 'Copy' function to have a try? ('Copy' function enables you to backup your DVD with original video, audio).
2. 1). Select "to MP4" as output format.
2). Please select "Use High Quality Engine" option.
3). Raise "kbps" in "Video Quality" setting area.
PS: Please note that high quality video setting will increase the conversion process time. And the final video quality is somewhat up to your original DVD quality.
How to convert only a segment of the DVD movie?
If you'd like to convert only a segment of the DVD movie, you can trim the clips by dragging the left or right bar under the video Preview Window or by defining the "Start time" and "End time" in the Output Setting area.Back to top
Does WinX DVD Ripper Platinum allow me to convert files size bigger than 4G?
Please check you File System whether FAT, or not?
If yes, please change the output folder to NTFS partition, if you have.
PS, FAT File System is not allowed to save a file more than 4G.Back to top
