How to Cut a Video Clip from DVD on PC/Mac

It is very simple to cut out a clip from a DVD on Windows with WinX DVD Ripper Platinum. For Mac users, they should use WinX DVD Ripper for Mac. Here is the guide.

Step 1. Load DVD.

Put target DVD into the DVD drive. Open WinX DVD Ripper Platinum and click DVD Disc button to have the DVD imported into this DVD ripper.

Step 2. Select output format.

You need to specify which format you want to save the extracted file as. There are more than 350 output profiles you can choose.

  • General Profiles: MP4 Video, AVI Video (Divx/Xvid+MP3), iPhone/iPad, Android Phone/Pad, WMV Video (WMV2+WAV2)...
  • DVD Backup: Main Title Content Copy, Full Title Copy, Clone DVD to ISO Image, Clone DVD to Folder.
